Product Introduction
ssRNA Cyclase is a thermostable ligase that Circular RNA Synthesis Kit catalyzes the ionic molecular junction (i.e., circularization) of single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) and single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) substrates. In the circularization reaction, the catalytic substrate single strand DNA/RNA is required to have a 5 '-phosphate group and a 3' -OH group.
Application
ssRNA Cyclase can produce single-stranded DNA templates for rolling-circle replication or rolling-circle transcription experiments and next generation sequencing, as well as 15 to 500nt circular RNA.
